4. Creator, Brand, and Partner Submissions
If you submit a creator application, brand brief, campaign inquiry, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate any third-party rights. Submission of materials does not obligate CCH to onboard you, launch a campaign, or continue discussions.
5. Affiliate and Campaign Expectations
Where affiliate or campaign relationships are discussed or activated, participating parties remain responsible for complying with applicable advertising, disclosure, platform, and consumer protection rules. Creators are expected to make any disclosures required by law or platform policy, and brands are responsible for their own offer terms, product claims, and program rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The CCH website, including its text, design, branding, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to CCH and may not be copied, republished, or exploited without permission. You retain rights in materials you submit, but you grant us a limited right to review, store, and use those materials for evaluating and managing potential business relationships.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The site may reference or link to third-party platforms, social profiles, analytics tools, affiliate networks, or brand destinations. CCH is not responsible for third-party sites, services, content, or policies.
8. Disclaimers
The site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCH disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
